Videoconferencing

Multi-way videoconferencing from secure, state-of-the-art suites.

Videoconferencing is a valuable and cost-saving tool when it is not possible or efficient to have everyone in one room. Our facilities have comfortable videoconference rooms with broadcast-quality video cameras and transmission to remote sites with clear and precise streaming. Rooms also include high definition video screens as well as high quality phone systems. You may connect as many remote locations as needed, and even record the conference for later use.

Veritext Virtual - Remote Depositions

The closest thing to being there – delivered live, right to your screen

Veritext Virtual lets everyone involved in the deposition participate remotely, simply by using their webcam-equipped laptop or computer with an Internet connection. Unnecessary travel time and expenses are eliminated and the extended case team can attend online. It’s the most cost-effective way to fully participate in a deposition remotely. Video streaming windows let you see and hear the deponent and all the other participants live. Veritext Virtual includes virtual breakout rooms, private and secure chats, and session recording upon request. Real Time transcript streaming can be displayed and annotated simultaneously with video and remote exhibit presentation.

Video Streaming

Include multiple attendees by secure streaming video over the web. Video Streaming allows remote participants to view the live proceeding on their computer or tablet using an internet connection. The video streaming application also provides an integrated and secure chat window for participants to have private dialogs with their colleagues. Remote participants are given a confidential web address and password which they use to access the streaming deposition live.

Video & Transcript Synchronization

Get a single screen for displaying both transcript and video. Veritext loads the text of the completed transcript into the video system, and then matches blocks of the transcript to the related sections of the video. As the video plays, the transcript text scrolls on screen with the speaker. When complete, the transcript can be used as a guide to find any part of the recorded testimony. Create “snippets” or search efficiently for presentations or additional research.

Preserve a witness’s mouse actions and keystrokes with video

Display electronic documents to a witness during a deposition and record mouse movements and keystrokes on the computer in realtime. Create a video file of the witness’s manipulation of the computer screen. Capture mouse movements, inter-cell calculations, drop-downs and formulas within spreadsheets. Synchronize the file to the transcript, display in a stand-alone viewer or view using standard presentation software. Useful for all types of Native Evidence such as Java, Source Code, CAD files, Google Earth Fly-ins, and all Native Medical Evidence.
