Simple and secure, participants can connect to remote sessions from anywhere in the world, through our industry leading web portal MyVeritext.

Real-time Video Streaming

This secure system lets you see the deponent, questioners and other participants – just as if everyone were in the same room. Veritext Virtual lets you observe witness demeanor and the body language of participants.

Exhibit Sharing

Exhibits can be entered, shared, marked and clawed back on-the-fly during a remote proceeding.

Exhibit Display for Annotation

Participants can utilize Exhibit Share in conjunction with Veritext Virtual with Exhibits to allow for pre-proceeding and post-proceeding storage. Our simple, web-based exhibit tool enables all parties to view each exhibit completely and independently, as if they were handed a piece of paper. Exhibit Share is a great addition to handle exhibits for complex cases and ongoing matters when all parties are remote.

Videographer Integration

When you have a videographer present and request to record your session, Veritext can provide you with a trial ready video deliverable of your remote proceeding.

On Call Technical Support

With Veritext Virtual, proceedings can be scheduled at your convenience, and you can participate from anywhere there is an Internet connection. Veritext provides on call technical support to make sure your proceeding goes smoothly.
