Veritext Names Richard Antoneck as Chief Financial Officer
Florham Park, NJ, December 1, 2011. Veritext, the national leader in deposition and litigation support services, today announced that the company has appointed Richard Antoneck as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Antoneck has over 17 years of successful financial leadership experience in multiple industries, and an impressive track record of improving the profitability and business operations of both growing and mature organizations. Most recently, he was CFO of two Investcorp International portfolio companies, Accuity Solutions, an international provider of compliance and payment efficiency tools and Source Media, a leading business-to-business financial media supplier. Prior to joining Accuity and Source Media, he was a financial executive in the Tax & Accounting and Media divisions of The Thomson Corporation. He holds an MBA and Bachelors degree from St. John’s University.
