Locations marked “Tier One” are fully opened. Locations marked “Tier Two” can be reserved for guest use with limited service. See the detailed Tier descriptions below.

Tier One status indicates this office space is fully open including the following:
- Veritext Guest Concierge (to assist with check-in, basic technical setup and access to loaner equipment)
- Tech-Enabled Conference Rooms
- Onsite Loaner Equipment Available for a Fee
- Fully-Appointed Amenities
- Beverage Station
OPEN STATUS | 🟡 TIER TWO
Tier Two status indicates this office space can be partially opened and booked for your convenience with the following features:
- Private Conference Rooms
- Onsite Employee (to assist with check-in)
When visiting a Tier Two office space consider the following:
- Loaner Equipment is Unavailable (Bring Your Own Devices)
- Remote Tech Support Is Limited (No Onsite Tech Support)
- There Is No Food Or Beverage Service
*Select Suite Network: An asterisk indicates this conference space is a third party site. In addition to the above referenced Veritext offices, we have access to executive suites at many third party managed sites. If those sites are open, we will book proceedings in the space. However, because these offices are not directly managed by Veritext, we cannot make any assertions about the safety protocols to be utilized in the space. We are subject to and will follow the safety protocols directed by the third party management company.

ABSOLUTELY NO ONE PRESENTING WITH SYMPTOMS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PREMISES.
PLEASE HONOR GUIDELINES FOR INTERSTATE TRAVEL WHICH MAY REQUIRE YOU TO QUARANTINE DEPENDING UPON THE LOCATION.
Rooms may have fewer chairs for the purposes of social distancing.
HAND SANITIZER AND DISINFECTING WIPES WILL BE AVAILABLE ONSITE. ROOMS WILL BE WIPED DOWN AFTER EVERY USE.
ONSITE GUEST ASSISTANCE WILL BE DETERMINED BY OFFICE REOPENING TIER.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT WILL BE DETERMINED BY OFFICE REOPENING TIER.
