Sacremento, CA-based Royal Phillips is a newly established merger between Royal Reporting Services, started in 1990 by Sherree Blakemore, CSR, and Phillips Legal Services, owned and managed for decades by Tom Lange CSR. Sherree and Tom realized they share a work ethic and business philosophy that treasures our clients and strives to be the best at all we do in reporting and litigation support and could further their goals by working together.
