Being an expanding national company allows us to give back in big and meaningful ways, both in our local communities, and throughout the nation, and we are excited to continue to foster this heart for social responsibility with the launch of our “Veritext Cares” initiative.

Veritext Cares is the umbrella name for the many ways that the Veritext family conscientiously gives back to the communities of which we are part.

For instance, did you know that Veritext has donated 197,700 meals to families fighting hunger? Or, that a group of Veritext/Philadelphia employees has raced for 18 years in a row to fundraise for the Support Center for Child Advocates? Or, that we’ve banded together to help victims of natural disasters, we annually encourage our troops with holiday cards, and we even fundraised for orphaned puppies at one of our Veritext/Atlanta holiday parties?

Rooted in the Veritext Core Values of respect, ethics, and collaboration, Veritext Cares encourages philanthropic efforts (and general loving-kindness) amongst our employees, court reporters, videographers, clients, and the legal industry at large. One of the most beautiful aspects of this initiative is how it blossomed all on its own from activities cultivated over time that continue to shape the Veritext culture – so much so that practically, we had to give it a name!

We are really thrilled to be fostering this organically grown initiative through the provision of more charitable opportunities in which everyone can participate together.

Projects include the Veritext Green Team, the fundraising events in support of Project Steno, the awarding of Veritext Scholarships, the many ways our employee and IC communities gave back during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Love For Our Elders campaign, and the Annual Summer “Feeding America” campaign, where for every depo scheduled we donate a meal to the Feeding America organization, and so much more!

Share Your Care!

Have an idea about how we can care together?  Or, are you participating in a Veritext Cares initiative by attending the Project Steno fundraiser? Serving at a local soup kitchen? Mentoring an up-and-coming court reporter?  Send details to us at care@veritext.com! PS – We love photos of people caring in action.
