Veritext is currently seeking a Full Time Account Executive at Veritext based in the Washington DC area.
We seek:
Candidates to meet consideration for the role of Account Executive will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong desire to succeed and the ability to leverage legal experience to manage and grow business. Candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in marketing services to the legal community. Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment is desired. Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads
- Source and develop client referrals
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activity
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Negotiate with clients
- Develop sales proposals
- Present sales contracts
- Conduct product training
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- Conduct market research and surveys
- Participate in sales events
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
