ABOUT POHLMANUSA

Tom Boster is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and legal services industries. Before transitioning to legal services, he spent two decades in healthcare, where he served for nearly 12 years as Chief of Operations and Finance for a Private Oncology Services company.

Over the last decade, Tom then shifted his focus to the legal sector, taking on Chief Operating and Finance roles at both plaintiff and defense law firms, as well as a legal support services company. Currently, he is the Chief Operating Officer at Pohlman, where he leverages his extensive background to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from Blackburn College.  He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate. Deborah Walters served as the President and CEO of PohlmanUSA Court Reporting and Litigation Services, a position she held since 2014. She joined Pohlman in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and enhancing client services. Under her leadership, the company saw significant growth and innovation, solidifying its reputation as a leader in the legal support industry.

Before her tenure at Pohlman, Deborah had an extensive career in the Financial Services industry, where she held various senior leadership roles. Her experience has equipped her with a strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning, skills she has effectively applied to her work at Pohlman.

Deborah is passionate about empowering her team and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. She is committed to driving the company’s mission to provide top-tier litigation services while championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Deborah earned her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and her undergraduate degree in Organizational Administration from St. Louis University.
