Rita Morriale
Vice President

From a modest upbringing in a vibrant Italian American home in central New Jersey, Rita Morriale has become a well-respected leader in the court reporting industry. Her education began with studies at Middlesex County College, before finding her passion in the practice of court reporting. She started her career as stenographer, a technically challenging occupation that requires exceptional talent and training. Due to her proficiency, her career began to truly thrive in the asbestos ligation sector. Not long into her stenography career, Ms. Morriale recognized the care, support, and quality mass tort litigation requires in their reporting and transcription needs.

In 1993 she seized the opportunity to create a structure and team to ensure that the best possible support could always be provided to litigators by starting her own company, Priority One Court Reporting, specializing in asbestos litigation support, and expanding into all other types of litigation throughout her career.  Rita’s clients all know the name Priority One because Rita says the name means:  “My clients are my number one priority!”

In 2008, Rita Morriale joined forces with Veritext, the established market leader in litigation technology and legal service solutions.  As of today, Ms. Morriale is a Vice President at Veritext and continues to leverage her expertise in mass tort & asbestos litigation to the benefit of her clients.

In her free time, Rita Morriale enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is an avid tennis player, and when she’s not on the court you can find her in the gym.
