Veritext Team Members Generously Donate Vaccine Bonus to COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access initiative (COVAX)

In order to promote health, safety and in a commitment toward decreasing the spread of COVID-19, Veritext Legal Solutions recently encouraged employees to protect themselves, family, friends, colleagues and their communities by implementing the Veritext Vaccination Incentive Policy. As part of this incentive, employees received a bonus and paid time off for vaccine appointments scheduled and taken during business hours. The Veritext Vaccine Incentive also included an option for participating employees to join a Veritext Cares effort and donate their bonus to a charity committed to fighting the disease.

In an overwhelming bout of generosity, many participating Veritext team members kindly gifted their incentive bonus to continue the fight against COVID. Due to our employees charitable support, Veritext was able to make a sizable first donation to the COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access initiative (known as COVAX) lead by UNICEF. COVAX is a worldwide initiative aimed at providing access to COVID vaccines in underserved areas.  UNICEF, also known as the United Nations Children’s Fund, is a United Nations agency responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide.

Veritext is extremely grateful for those who have chosen to give back to the community in efforts to fight COVID, and for those who have received the vaccine for the safety of themselves and others.  The vaccine incentive program will continue through the summer and Team Veritext looks forward to making a second donation in the future.
